Introduction

Welcome to AirMirror (“AirMirror,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the AirMirror screen mirroring and casting applications (the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Apps.

Use of the Apps

AirMirror grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including infringing on the rights of others or violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including but not limited to their design, software, source code, trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of AirMirror and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any portion of the Apps without our prior written consent.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit, mirror, or cast through the Apps. You must ensure that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and that you have all required permissions to share it on the receiving device.

Privacy

The Apps may use third-party advertising and analytics SDKs (such as Google AdMob and similar providers) to display advertisements and understand product usage. These SDKs may collect and use information about your device, such as your IP address, device identifier, and advertising identifier. Content Storage

Screen mirroring with AirMirror happens peer-to-peer over your local Wi-Fi network. We do not store the audio or video content you mirror through the Apps. Where the Apps maintain configuration or non-personal usage data on cloud infrastructure, we describe the relevant practices in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of the Apps for any particular purpose. Your use of the Apps is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirMirror and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirMirror, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Apps or your violation of this Agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Apps after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AirMirror regarding your use of the Apps, and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.

AirMirror and its software are independently developed, third-party products. References to television, projector, dongle, or operating system brands are for identification and compatibility purposes only and do not imply any association with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the respective brand owners.
