Introduction
AirMirror (“AirMirror,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our screen mirroring and casting applications (the “Apps”).
Data Privacy
We do not store, copy, or share any of the audio, video, or screen content you mirror or cast through the Apps. Screen mirroring happens peer-to-peer on your local Wi-Fi network — the content you cast never passes through our servers.
Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not collect or distribute personal information such as your name, postal address, debit or credit card number, or bank information through the Apps.
Children's Privacy
You must be at least 4 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use the Apps. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Advertising SDKs
We may use third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob and similar providers) to display advertisements within the Apps. These SDKs may collect and use information about your device, such as your IP address, device identifier, and advertising identifier. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant providers for further details.
App Content Storage
We may use trusted cloud infrastructure (for example, Firebase by Google) to deliver in-app resources such as updated device profiles, compatibility lists, or feature flags. We do not store any of the personal content you mirror in this infrastructure.
Information We Automatically Collect
Device information. We may automatically collect non-identifying technical information about your device, including device model, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, language preference, mobile network information, and the IP address through which you access the Apps. We use this information to improve compatibility, performance, and reliability.
Analytics Data
We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, to capture crash reports and understand how the Apps are used. This may include the frequency and duration of your sessions, which features you use, and basic interaction events with the Apps. We use this data in aggregate to improve the product — not to identify you personally.
Customer Support
When you contact us for customer support, we ask for your email address and any other contact information you choose to share so that we can respond to your request. We may also collect details about your issue (such as device model, App version, and a description of the problem) to help us resolve it. You can reach us any time at support@airmirror.app.
Third-Party Services
Some features of the Apps may rely on third-party services (such as cast receivers, DLNA-compatible devices, or operating-system-level mirroring frameworks). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated policy within the Apps or on our website and revising the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes take effect indicates your agreement to the revised policy.
